SRK Shows Off Salt-And-Pepper Look At National Awards

The 71st National Film Awards took place in New Delhi on September 23, and it turned out to be a big day for Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan and Rani Mukerji.

Shah Rukh Khan received his first-ever National Award for Best Actor for his blockbuster film Jawan. He looked dashing in a black suit with a salt-and-pepper look, which fans believe is for his upcoming movie King. His place card at the ceremony read “Shri Shah Rukh Khan”, which made fans emotional. Shah Rukh said, “To be honoured with a National Award is a moment I will cherish for a lifetime.”

Rani Mukerji also won her first National Award for Best Actress for her powerful role in Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway. This marked her first win in nearly 30 years of her career.

Shah Rukh and Rani were seen chatting and congratulating each other at the event. Later, Shah Rukh also posted on Instagram saying, “National award… hum dono ki adhoori khwahish poori ho gayi… congratulations Rani, you are a queen and love you always.”

This National Awards ceremony became extra special as both stars celebrated a milestone together.
