Storyline
Ikkis is a 2025 Hindi biopic directed by Sriram Raghavan. The film tells the inspiring true story of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, the youngest soldier to receive India’s highest military honour, the Param Vir Chakra.
Set during the 1971 Indo-Pak war, the movie follows 21-year-old Arun Khetarpal (played by Agastya Nanda) as he shows unmatched bravery in the Battle of Basantar. Despite overwhelming odds, he refuses to step back and continues fighting till his last breath.
The narrative also explores his emotional bond with his father, played by Dharmendra, showing the human side of a young soldier stepping into history. The film mixes intense war action with heartfelt moments of courage, duty, and sacrifice.
