Kriti Sanon Starts 2026 With Her 20th Film, Cocktail 2

Kriti Sanon is starting the new year on a high note after the success of her 2025 film Tere Ishk Mein. The movie was praised for her performance and also did well at the box office.

In 2026, Kriti will release her 20th Hindi film, Cocktail 2, co-starring Shahid Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna. She made her debut in 2014 with Heropanti.

When reminded about this milestone, Kriti said, “Is it?! I always miss out on these things, thank you for telling me!”

Does the success of her last film put pressure on her for this one? She says no. Kriti explains, “Every film is different. You can’t expect every movie to attract the same audience. I just focus on giving my best in every role.”

Tere Ishk Mein was a passionate love story that sparked discussions about toxic love. Cocktail 2 is a modern romantic comedy aimed at a different audience. Kriti says, “All you can do is work hard and be honest. Box office results depend on many things, so I don’t take that pressure. I just enjoy the process and I’m excited for this film.”
