Shahid Kapoor’s O Romeo First Look Out

Actor Shahid Kapoor shared the intense first-look poster of his upcoming film O Romeo on Friday, January 9. The poster shows Shahid in a fierce and emotional avatar, leaving fans excited and curious about the film.

Sharing the poster on social media, Shahid wrote, “Romeo O Romeo where art thou O’ROMEO!” He also announced that the trailer will release on January 10, while the film will hit theatres on February 13, 2026.

In the poster, Shahid is seen screaming, with blood on his face, neck and hands. His body has visible cuts, bruises and tattoos, giving a glimpse of a dark and intense story.

O Romeo is presented by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by Vishal Bhardwaj. The film is said to be a modern and dark version inspired by Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, set in a gritty and violent world. The story explores love, obsession, anger and betrayal.

The film also marks another collaboration between Shahid Kapoor and Vishal Bhardwaj. The duo has earlier worked together in Kaminey (2009) and Haider (2014), both of which were highly praised.

The trailer releases on January 10, 2026, and O Romeo arrives in cinemas on February 13, 2026.
