Bollywood Ba***ds Predicted SRK’s Filmfare Win

It was a big night at the 70th Filmfare Awards for Lakshya and his team from Kill, as the film bagged six awards. Lakshya won the Best Male Debut award, marking a special moment in his career. But what surprised everyone was how his win seemed to recreate a scene from his Netflix show, The Ba**ds of Bollywood* — and that too by accident!

As Lakshya went on stage to receive his award, Shah Rukh Khan, who was hosting the event, congratulated and hugged him. The moment looked exactly like a scene from the show, where Lakshya’s character, Aasmaan Singh, also receives an award from Shah Rukh Khan. Fans quickly noticed the uncanny similarity and called the show “the new Simpsons” for predicting this real-life moment so perfectly.

In the show, directed by Aryan Khan, Shah Rukh’s son, Aasmaan wins Best Actor for his debut film, with Shah Rukh on stage smiling proudly — just like what happened at the real Filmfare Awards. Fans even pointed out how both Lakshya and Shah Rukh wore similar outfits in both moments.

Lakshya’s film Kill, directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, also stars Raghav Juyal, Ashish Vidyarthi, and Tanya Maniktala, and has been praised for its intense action and story. Meanwhile, The Ba**ds of Bollywood* — a satire on the Hindi film industry — features Bobby Deol, Mona Singh, and Manoj Pahwa, and has become a trending hit on Netflix.
