Bollywood star Aamir Khan’s brother, Faissal Khan, has once again made headlines.
In a recent press conference, Faissal revealed that after his divorce in 2002, his family pressured him to marry his mother’s cousin (his aunt). He refused, which caused many arguments. Because of this, he decided to live away from them. Faissal said, “My family and my mother got angry because I refused to marry my aunt.”
Faissal also shared that when he wrote a letter exposing personal details about his family—including Aamir’s past relationships—they got upset and declared him “mad.” He claimed Aamir and his family even locked him in the house for over a year, saying he had schizophrenia and could be dangerous.
Later, Aamir’s family issued a joint statement calling Faissal’s claims “hurtful and misleading.”
Recently, Faissal announced on Instagram that he has cut all ties with his family, saying this decision is important for his healing, dignity, and self-discovery.
Faissal Khan made his debut as a child actor in Pyar Ka Mausam (1969). He later appeared in films like Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar, Mela, and Madhosh. His last film was Oppanda (2022), a Kannada crime thriller
