Actor and filmmaker Harman Baweja turns 45 today, and he says he’s happy with how life is going — both personally and professionally.
“45 is a great age,” Harman shares. “I have enough life experience behind me and hopefully enough ahead of me. Now, I want to live more wisely. Life feels balanced now that I’m a father to two beautiful kids under three.”
He adds, “Work is going really well, thanks to God. I just wish I had more time for friends and family, but I think the work-life balance needs to kick in now. At 45, I should make it happen soon — for myself and my team too, so they can get a break from me!”
Becoming a father has also changed the way he celebrates birthdays. “In the morning, we have a story session with the kids and their friends at school. After that, I head to the office. Later, I plan to surprise the kids by coming home early. We’ll have fun and games with just the family. Right now, I just want to spend as much time as I can with my kids and family.”
Talking about his career, Harman says he’s enjoying his transition from actor to writer and producer. “I love developing films and telling amazing stories. I hope to keep creating all kinds of stories — as long as they’re meaningful and successful. Moving from acting to writing and producing has been an amazing journey for me.”
