“Khushi Kapoor: More Betty Cooper Or Baani?”

Khushi Kapoor made her acting debut in Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies alongside Suhana Khan and Agastya Nanda. Despite the film’s lukewarm reception, Khushi stood out as a promising new face with her portrayal of Betty Cooper.

Now, she’s gearing up for her next movie, Loveyapa, with Junaid Khan (Aamir Khan’s son). In this film, she plays Baani, a lively, girl-next-door character, quite different from her real self.

In an interview with The Indian Express, Khushi revealed she relates more to Betty than Baani, making her role in Loveyapa a fun challenge. She said, “Baani is fiery and spunky, which made it challenging after playing someone similar to me in The Archies.”

Junaid, too, found his character Gucci to be unlike himself. He even asked the producers if they were sure about casting him! This makes Loveyapa all the more exciting—a real test of both their versatility.

With the movie releasing on February 7, fans are eager to see Khushi and Junaid shine on the big screen.
