New Delhi: The film Love in Vietnam, starring Shantanu Maheshwari, known for Gangubai Kathiawadi, and Avneet Kaur, known for Tiku Weds Sheru, will release in Korean theatres on December 8.
Directed by Rahhat Shah Kazmi, this movie is the first India-Vietnam collaboration in Hindi cinema. It is a heart-touching love story inspired by the best-selling novel Madonna in a Fur Coat by Sabahattin Ali. The film was released in India on September 12.
Avneet Kaur said, “Korean viewers have a unique way of expressing love and admiration. It feels like a gift that our film will now be shown in Korea. I want to be there to feel their energy and thank them for welcoming our story.”
Shantanu Maheshwari added, “It’s amazing to see how Korean audiences notice the small emotional details in the film.
The movie is presented by Zee Studios and produced by Blue Lotus Creatives, Innovations India, Rahat Kazmi Film Studios, Zebaish Entertainment, Tariq Khan Productions, and Mango Tree Entertainment.
