“Salman-Sanjay Dutt Team Up For Next-Level Actioner”

Salman Khan is all set to release his next film Sikandar, directed by AR Murugadoss, this Eid. Before the film hits the screens, Salman met the media in Mumbai and shared some exciting updates.

Salman confirmed that his much-talked-about film with director Atlee has been delayed. Atlee, who made Jawan with Shah Rukh Khan, had written a big-budget action film. But Salman revealed, “The film with Atlee is delayed due to budget issues. I don’t know if Rajinikanth sir or Kamal Haasan sir will be part of it.”

However, Salman gave fans another surprise. He said, “I am doing another big action film after Sikandar. The action in this film will be next level, very raw and rustic.” When asked who is starring with him, Salman smiled and said, “I am doing it with my elder brother in the industry — Sanjay Dutt.” He also mentioned that the director and producer for this action film are yet to be finalized.

Talking about another rumored project, Salman confirmed that he will also work with Sooraj Barjatya after the director finishes his current film with Ayushmann Khurrana, which will release in 2026.

Salman on Sikandar Release

Salman invited fans to watch Sikandar in theatres this Eid. He also wished success to other Eid releases like Mohanlal’s L2: Empuraan and Sunny Deol’s Jaat. He said, “I hope people get good Eid bonuses and enjoy all three films.”

Sikandar stars Salman Khan, Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, and Sharman Joshi. The movie will hit theatres on May 30.
