Alia Bhatt has strongly reacted to some publications and Instagram pages that posted videos of her under-construction Mumbai home. She called it a serious invasion of privacy and asked for the videos to be taken down immediately.
Alia said, “I know in Mumbai homes are close to each other, but that doesn’t mean anyone can film private houses and share them online. A video of my home, still being built, was recorded and posted without my permission. This is not content—it’s a violation of privacy and a security issue.”
She added, “Would you tolerate someone posting videos of your home without your knowledge? None of us would. Please don’t share or forward such content. And to media outlets, I request you to remove these videos right away.”
Many fans supported her and even suggested she should take legal action. One wrote, “You should sue them so this never happens again.” Another said, “Privacy is privacy, and it must be respected.”
