“Bhavana Pandey Calls Karan Johar ‘Firestarter and Peacemaker'”

Karan Johar plays an interesting role in The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives, sometimes being a provocateur and other times a peacemaker. The reality show, produced under his banner Dharmatic Entertainment, has seen him stir up drama and resolve it in equal measure.

In a recent interview with Bollywood Bubble, Bhavana Pandey shared her thoughts on Karan. She praised him, saying, “Karan Johar is the king of everything. He works so much in a day, and I don’t know how he manages it all. If you call or message him, he always responds quickly, even if he can’t talk right away. He’ll message and say, ‘I’ll call you back in some time.’”

Bhavana, who’s been part of The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives since its first season, also joked about Karan’s role in their friend group. She said, “Karan instigates the drama (‘aag lagao’) and then becomes the peacemaker by resolving it (‘puts the water’).”

The show, which dropped its third season on Netflix India, marks Bhavana’s screen debut. She is the wife of actor Chunky Panday and the mother of actress Ananya Panday. Her close friends—Maheep Kapoor, Neelam Kothari, and Seema Sajdeh—also star in the show, which follows their glamorous lives.

In the latest season, titled Fabulous Lives Vs Bollywood Wives, three new faces join the cast: Riddhima Kapoor, Shalini Passi, and Kalyani Chawla. Karan Johar even appears to mediate between Maheep and Seema, who are dealing with issues in their long-standing friendship.
