Just days after a firing incident outside her family home in Bareilly, Disha Patani’s sister Khushboo Patani shared a self-defence video on Instagram. The video sparked mixed reactions online, with some appreciating her effort while others criticized the timing.
In the video, Khushboo showed how everyday items like a data cable and screw nuts can be used for protection. She added the caption, “MERA DESH, MERI ZIMMEDARI (My country, my responsibility).”
Khushboo said, “In today’s times, we never know what might happen. Whether you’re a public figure or not, safety matters for everyone.”
She also advised people to always keep something for self-defence. “If you have a license, that’s best. If not, carry something simple like this cable,” she explained while demonstrating.
While some praised her for spreading awareness, others trolled her for posting the video soon after the firing incident. Still, Khushboo ended her message by reminding everyone: your safety is in your own hands.
