Metro In Dino Review: A Simple, Musical Tale Of Love

Anurag Basu returns with Metro…In Dino, a feel-good musical that explores modern-day relationships across five cities — Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, and Bangalore. The film brings together a talented cast including Pankaj Tripathi, Konkona Sen Sharma, Sara Ali Khan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Ali Fazal, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Neena Gupta, and Anupam Kher.

The heart of the film lies in its emotional, real, and simple storytelling. Konkona and Pankaj play a married couple going through trust issues and personal struggles. Sara Ali Khan surprises with her refreshing performance as Chumki, while Aditya Roy Kapur adds calm to her chaos. Other stories touch on unplanned pregnancy, aging romance, and the pain of toxic love.

The film’s music, by Pritam, Papon, and Raghav Chaitanya, adds magic to every moment. Anurag Basu once again proves he can blend emotions, music, and relatable characters perfectly.

Metro…In Dino is a beautiful reminder of love, forgiveness, and second chances. A must-watch if you enjoy heart-touching stories with soulful music.
