Tiger Shroff is back as Ronnie in Baaghi 4, the most violent and intense film of his career. Fans expected a big return from his hit franchise, but early signs show a dull start at the box office.
By Friday morning, before the film’s release, Baaghi 4 had sold 2.23 lakh tickets across India. This gave it around ₹5.54 crore in advance booking. Occupancy in most big cities was only 4-10%, showing weak interest from audiences. Even in overseas markets, the response was low.
Trade experts believe the film may collect only ₹9-10 crore on day 1 in India. Some estimates go slightly higher at ₹11 crore, but that’s still below expectations. Compared to big action films like War 2 (₹52 crore opening) and even the smaller Jaat (₹10 crore opening), Baaghi 4 looks set for a weaker start. It may also struggle to beat its predecessor Baaghi 3 (₹17.50 crore opening).
Baaghi 4 is a violent action thriller directed by A Harsha and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The movie stars Tiger Shroff, Sanjay Dutt, Harnaaz Sandhu, and Sonam Bajwa, with Shreyas Talpade, Saurabh Sachdeva, and Upendra Limaye in key roles.
Since action films usually rely on a strong opening weekend, the slow start could hurt Baaghi 4 in the long run unless word of mouth improves.
