Happy Patel: Khatarnak Jasoos – 16 Jan 2026

Aamir Khan will be seen in Vir Das’ directorial debut, Happy Patel: Khatarnak Jasoos, which releases in theatres on January 16, 2026. The film is a spy action-comedy produced by Aamir Khan Productions and also marks Imran Khan’s comeback after 11 years.

The makers recently shared a glimpse of Aamir Khan’s character, Jimmy. In the teaser, Jimmy casually says, “Doing murder” and laughs, but immediately shows his dangerous side when someone calls him a rascal – he shoots a gun!

The movie is described as a fun and quirky entertainer, mixing action, comedy, romance, and unexpected twists. Unlike traditional spy films, the tone is more satirical and humorous, similar to Delhi Belly. Vir Das revealed that he approached Aamir three years ago to produce the film.
