Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi’s awaited film Jolly LLB 3 has been cleared by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with a U/A 16+ rating. The movie is set to hit theatres on 19 September.
While the film was passed, CBFC asked for a few changes. The word f****r was muted, and alcohol branding was blurred. The disclaimer was updated, and a fictional location and year were added at the start. A scene showing police violence on an elderly man was toned down.
Some dialogues and background logos were also changed. After these edits, the final runtime of the movie is 2 hours 37 minutes.
Directed by Subhash Kapoor, Jolly LLB 3 brings back courtroom drama, humour, and emotional battles. The story focuses on a heated clash between the two Jollys—Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi. Saurabh Shukla, Huma Qureshi, Seema Biswas, Amrita Rao, and Gajraj Rao are also part of the cast.
The trailer shows funny yet intense courtroom moments, with Akshay and Arshad fighting to prove who the “real Jolly” is.
