Param Sundari Day 3: ₹43 Cr, Beats Dhadak 2

Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor’s romantic comedy Param Sundari has picked up pace at the box office after a slow start. Thanks to good word of mouth and mixed-to-positive reviews, the film is now showing steady growth in collections.

Box Office Update

On Sunday, the film earned ₹10.25 crore net in India, which is an 11% rise from Saturday and about 40% higher than its opening on Friday. This brings the movie’s domestic weekend total to ₹26.75 crore net (₹32 crore gross).

Overseas, the film is doing well in places like the US and UK, with collections of over $1.1 million (around ₹11 crore). Adding both domestic and overseas numbers, the movie has made a solid ₹43 crore worldwide in its first weekend.

With this, Param Sundari has already beaten Dhadak 2’s lifetime collection of ₹36 crore at the global box office. However, it still has a long way to go to match the record set by Saiyaara, which grossed over ₹570 crore.

About the Film

Param Sundari is a cross-cultural love story set in the modern world of technology and algorithms.
