Storyline:
In a near-future society, The Running Man is a deadly game show where contestants, called Runners, must survive 30 days while being hunted by professional assassins. Every move is broadcast to the public, and the longer they survive, the bigger the cash prize.

Plot:
Desperate to save his sick daughter, working-class Ben Richards (Glen Powell) joins the game at the urging of the ruthless producer Dan Killian (Josh Brolin). Ben’s courage and skill turn him into a fan favorite, but also a major threat to the system. He must outwit the Hunters and survive the nation’s obsession with watching him fall.
