B Praak has given many hit songs over the years, from the emotional Teri Mitti in Kesari to the heart-touching Maaye in Skyforce. Now, rumors say he might team up with Akshay Kumar again for Kesari Chapter 2.
Talking about his love for patriotic songs, he jokes, “I should be declared the brand ambassador of patriotic songs! The pain and emotions in these songs connect instantly. I was overwhelmed by the love Maaye received.”
When asked about his most challenging song, he quickly says, “Teri Mitti was the toughest. I had to bring out emotions that make people feel connected to their country.”
B Praak also gets involved in writing songs. “Of course! If I don’t, how will the song truly be ours?” he says. “I work on songs from the beginning. But with talented lyricists like Jaani, I rarely have to say anything—they do an amazing job!”
Beyond music, he knows the impact of his words. “A public figure must be careful about what they say, and the same goes for lyrics. Words have power, and we must ensure they don’t hurt anyone’s sentiments.”
