Sunny Deol’s new movie Jaat was one of the most awaited films, especially after the huge success of Gadar 2. While the movie has received good reviews, it hasn’t created the same box office storm like Gadar 2 did.
According to Sacnilk.com, Jaat has collected ₹40.25 crore in four days. On Day 4 alone, the movie earned ₹14 crore — its highest single-day collection so far. This was a 43% jump from Day 3’s earnings. It’s also the first time the film entered double digits in a day.
Here’s the day-wise collection:
The film is now moving closer to the ₹50 crore mark in India.
Jaat is directed by Gopichand Malineni and stars Sunny Deol, Regina Cassandra, Randeep Hooda, Vineet Kumar Singh, Saiyami Kher, Ramya Krishnan, and Jagapathi Babu.
In an interview, Sunny Deol said he never really took pressure about box office numbers. But nowadays, people keep talking so much about collections that it becomes stressful. “Even if you don’t want to take pressure, someone will poke you to feel it,” he said.
