Janhvi’s Cannes Debut: Shikhar & Khushi Cheer Her On

Actor Janhvi Kapoor is all set to shine at the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival. By her side are her biggest supporters – sister Khushi Kapoor and boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya. Both have reached the French Riviera to cheer for Janhvi on her special day.

Shikhar was spotted soaking in the sun, dressed in a T-shirt and white pants. He had a sling on his arm, suggesting he might have a small injury. Janhvi is in Cannes for the premiere of her film Homebound, also starring Ishaan Khatter and Vishal Jethwa. The movie is directed by Neeraj Ghaywan and has been selected under the Un Certain Regard category at Cannes 2025. The film has also caught the attention of Hollywood legend Martin Scorsese, who is the executive producer. He praised Neeraj’s work and called Homebound a strong piece of Indian cinema.

Janhvi’s boyfriend Shikhar has always been supportive. They dated even before her film career took off and later got back together. Janhvi has dropped sweet hints about their relationship, like wearing a ‘Shiku’ necklace and t-shirts with Shikhar’s photos.
