This 1981 masterpiece, based on the novel Umrao Jaan Adaa, has been fully restored and is making a comeback on the big screen. Rekha’s unforgettable role as Amiran won her a National Award, and the film also bagged awards for music, art direction, and playback singing. The soulful songs and stunning sets still captivate fans today.
Priyanka’s star power continues to shine! She’s gearing up for her action film Heads of State with John Cena and Idris Elba. Plus, she’s returning for Citadel 2 (coming spring 2026) and is all set to play a Caribbean pirate in The Bluff. Rumor also has it she’ll star in SS Rajamouli’s next big film with Mahesh Babu!
