Businessman and Karisma Kapoor’s ex-husband, Sunjay Kapur, passed away on Thursday night due to a heart attack while playing polo in the UK. He was 53. Hours after the news broke, a post he had shared just days earlier went viral, where he wrote about life being short and making bold choices.

On June 9, Sunjay had posted on X (formerly Twitter), “Your time on Earth is limited. Leave the ‘what ifs’ to the philosophers and instead dive headfirst into the ‘why nots’,” with the hashtag #MondayMotivation. He added, “Progress demands bold choices, not perfect conditions.”

After his sudden passing, many people reacted to his post, sharing how sad and shocking it felt now. One user commented, “What if he knew he had only 3 days left after this tweet?” Another wrote, “This is so sad to read now that you’re gone. May your soul rest in peace. Om Shanti.”

Sunjay was previously married to actress Karisma Kapoor. They got divorced in 2016. He later married Priya Sachdev, and they have a son together. He was also raising Priya’s daughter, Safira, from her previous marriage. The family has not yet made an official statement about his death.
