Maddock Films has finally dropped the teaser of Thama, a horror-love story that has fans super excited.
The teaser starts with Ayushmann Khurrana asking, “Will you live without me for 100 years?” to which Rashmika Mandanna replies, “Not even for a moment.” Their romantic moment quickly shifts into darkness with shocking scenes, screams, and glimpses of a terrifying villain.
The teaser also features Paresh Rawal, Faisal Malik, and a special dance number by Malaika Arora. The biggest surprise is Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who makes a chilling entry as a vampire-like villain.
Fans are loving the teaser, calling Ayushmann perfect for the role and praising Nawaz’s scary avatar. Many believe it could be the biggest blockbuster of the year.
Earlier posters revealed Ayushmann as Alok – the last hope of humanity, Rashmika as Tadaka – the first ray of light, and Nawazuddin as Yakshasan – the king of darkness.
Thama is the latest film in the Maddock Horror-Comedy Universe, which started with Stree (2018), followed by Bhediya (2022), Munjya (2024), and Stree 2 (2024). Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, the film will hit cinemas this Diwali, 2025.
