Sunjay Kapur’s Will Row: Karisma’s kids Point At Priya

The legal battle over late businessman Sunjay Kapur’s estate continues at the Delhi High Court. Sunjay and Karisma Kapoor’s children, Samara and Kiaan, have accused their stepmother, Priya Sachdev, of forging their father’s will and excluding them from the estate.
During the hearing, their lawyer Mahesh Jethmalani highlighted mistakes in the will, like Kiaan’s name being misspelled and Samara’s address being wrong. “Sunjay had a good relationship with his children. How could he make such errors? This will demeans him. It seems so casual,” he said.
Karisma Kapoor, though not a plaintiff herself, is representing her children. The lawyer added, “There is no evidence that anyone else prepared the will except Priya. Only the beneficiary could have done this. If this is a forgery, only one person could have forged it.”
Earlier, Samara and Kiaan had called Priya “Cinderella’s evil stepmother” in court. Sunjay Kapur, head of Sona Comstar, passed away in London due to a heart attack. He was married to Karisma from 2003 to 2016 and later married Priya in 2017.
