Govinda & Sunita celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi Together

Bollywood actor Govinda and his wife Sunita Ahuja have been in the news recently due to rumors about their divorce. But on Thursday, the couple looked united as they celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with their family.

Videos shared online show Govinda and Sunita welcoming Lord Ganesha into their home. Sunita wore a purple saree, while Govinda chose a red kurta-pajama. Their son, Yashvardhan Ahuja, was also seen joining the celebrations. The family even shared sweets with paparazzi waiting outside their house.

Manager clears the air

Govinda’s manager, Shashi Sinha, has denied the ongoing rumors. He revealed that Sunita had filed for divorce back in December 2024, citing personal issues. However, he added that things are now being worked out privately, and the matter hasn’t moved forward in court.

“This is old news from 6–7 months ago,” said Sinha. “Now everything is getting settled. The family is preparing to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi together, and Sunita is also actively involved.”

Neither Govinda nor Sunita has given an official statement, but their appearance together during the festival suggests they want to handle their personal matters privately.
