Netflix’s latest show Hasmukh takes you to the dark side of uncontrolled ambition.

You all might have seen the latest trailer of the upcoming original show starring Vir Das called Hasmukh. The trailer gives a lot away yet keeps a lot of anticipated suspense to know how far will he go to keep his thrill alive.

The show is directed by Nikhil Gonsalves and has Vir Das playing the lead role as Hasmukh. Hasmukh hails from a small village called Saharanpur and wants to make comedy his dream come true. He is so determined to achieve his dream that he will do just anything to make it come true. The show explores how an ambition which has no guidance or control can lead to a complete havoc in one’s life.

The show explores the feel of a rural guy who wants to make it big and comes to the city of dreams- Mumbai. Here he is confused about what to do and he finally finds his driving force. It helps him do well and gives him a kick every time he is on stage. So how far will Hasmukh go for his dreams? What will he do? The story has a thrill and curiosity to it and will keep you hooked till the end for sure.
