Dhurandhar Day 38: Ranveer’s Film Beats Prabhas’ The Raja Saab
It’s been over a month since Dhurandhar hit the theatres, and Ranveer Singh’s spy thriller just won’t slow down! In its 6th weekend, the film saw a 70% jump in collections, even beating the Hindi version of Prabhas’ new release The Raja Saab.
Box Office Numbers :-
By the end of its fifth week, Dhurandhar earned ₹51 crore domestically, taking its total to nearly ₹800 crore net. In the 6th weekend, it added another ₹15 crore, bringing the domestic total to ₹805 crore net (₹967 crore gross). Overseas, the film has made $32 million, pushing its global total to ₹1,256 crore gross, making it the 4th highest-grossing Indian film ever, after Dangal, Baahubali 2, and Pushpa 2.
Beating The Raja Saab :-
Although Prabhas’ The Raja Saab temporarily took the top spot, Dhurandhar reclaimed the Hindi box office crown. On Sunday, it earned ₹6.15 crore, more than the Hindi version of The Raja Saab at ₹4.65 crore. Overall, The Raja Saab collected ₹19.10 crore, thanks mostly to the Telugu version.
