Saiyaara Beats War 2 In Buzz – But How Much To Be A Hit?

Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda are all set for their big Bollywood debut with Saiyaara, directed by Mohit Suri. The trailer has already won hearts, and the film is gaining massive popularity even before release. In fact, it has now crossed War 2 in terms of audience interest on BookMyShow!

Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR’s War 2 was the top Bollywood film in terms of interest on BookMyShow. Not even big films like Housefull 5, Sitaare Zameen Par, or Raid 2 could beat it. But Saiyaara has done just that!

As per live data, Saiyaara has gained 236.9K likes on BookMyShow, while War 2 has 171.4K. That’s a huge win for a debut film.

Saiyaara’s Budget & Hit Target

The film is made on a budget of ₹45 crores. So, it needs to earn at least ₹45 crores at the Indian box office to recover its cost.

To be called a hit, the film must collect around ₹90 crores – double its budget. That’s a big number, but with strong buzz and if the film connects with audiences, it could be possible.
