Salman Khan Says ‘Battle Of Galwan’ Was Very Hard To Do

Mumbai – Superstar Salman Khan says his new movie Battle of Galwan is one of the toughest films he has ever done. The movie, directed by Apoorva Lakhia (known for Shootout at Lokhandwala), is based on the 2020 Galwan Valley clash between India and China.
Salman, who turns 60 this December, said the film is very physically demanding. “Each year, it gets harder. I need more time now. Earlier I could do action scenes in a week, now it takes longer – running, kicking, punching. This film needs all that,” he shared.
The actor also revealed that they will soon shoot in Ladakh, which includes 20 days of filming in high altitude and 7–8 days in cold water. “When I signed the film, I knew it would be amazing, but very difficult,” he added.
Battle of Galwan is expected to release in January instead of the usual Eid slot.
The film tells the story of the brave Indian soldiers who fought without firing a single bullet. Twenty Indian soldiers lost their lives during that real-life battle.
Salman also confirmed a sequel to his hit film Bajrangi Bhaijaan is coming soon, and said it will carry the same emotional theme.
Besides acting, Salman spoke about his love for cycling and biking during an event for the Indian Supercross Racing League, where he is the brand ambassador. He also warned fans not to race on roads.
