War 2 OTT Release: When & Where To Watch

Ayan Mukerji’s War 2 hit theatres on August 14 with huge expectations. The YRF spy universe film stars Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR, and Kiara Advani. While it marked Jr NTR’s Bollywood debut, the movie didn’t fully impress fans in cinemas. But now, those who missed it can catch it online.

Netflix has confirmed that War 2 will stream from October 9. The film will be available in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil. Sharing the update, Netflix India wrote:
“Double the rage. Double the rampage. Ready for the War? Watch War 2, out 9 October on Netflix.”

The announcement brought mixed reactions—some laughed at the hype while others were excited to finally stream it.

Hrithik Roshan on War 2

Recently, Hrithik Roshan opened up about the film on Instagram. Posting pictures of his character Kabir, he shared that while everything about the film seemed perfect, sometimes things don’t turn out as expected.

About the film

War 2 is a sequel to the 2019 blockbuster War starring Hrithik and Tiger Shroff. In this film, Hrithik returned as Kabir, while Jr NTR (Vikram) and Kiara Advani (Kavya) joined the spy universe. The movie also had a post-credit scene teasing Alpha, the next big YRF spy film with Alia Bhatt, Sharvari, and Bobby Deol.

At the box office, War 2 earned ₹364.25 crore worldwide, which was less than the original War that made ₹471 crore
