Nysa Or Rasha: Who’s Carrying The Legacy Forward?

Nysa Or Rasha: Who’s Carrying The Legacy Forward?

In the 90s, Raveena Tandon was one of Bollywood’s top actresses. Now, her daughter Rasha Thadani has stepped into films, continuing her mother’s legacy. Recently, Kajol, who is busy promoting her upcoming movie Maa, shared whether her daughter Nysa Devgan will follow in her footsteps.

Kajol Says Nysa Has No Plans for Bollywood

During an interview with Filmygyan, Kajol was asked if Nysa would carry on her legacy like Rasha is doing for Raveena. Kajol replied, “No, I don’t think she will. She’s not interested in movies. I just want all the kids in my family to do what makes them happy and what they feel they’ll succeed in.”

Nysa and Yug Don’t Like Seeing Kajol Cry in Films

Kajol also revealed that her kids haven’t watched her new film Maa yet. She said, “My children don’t like my films because I have to cry in them. They don’t like seeing their mom cry on screen. Nysa and Yug get upset when they see me crying. I’ve told them it’s fake, but they still don’t understand.”

About Rasha Thadani’s Debut

Rasha made her debut in the film Azad, opposite Aaman Devgan (Ajay Devgn’s nephew). Ajay also played a role in the movie. While the film didn’t do well at the box office, Rasha’s dance to the song Uyi Amma gained attention and praise.

Kajol’s Upcoming Film Maa

Kajol’s next film Maa is a mythological horror drama directed by Vishal Furia. It stars Ronit Roy, Indraneil Sengupta, and Kherin Sharma
