Sonakshi, Gulshan Thrilled As Dahaad Gets Season 2 Renewal

The hit crime thriller Dahaad is coming back with Season 2! The show, which starred Sonakshi Sinha, Gulshan Devaiah, and Vijay Verma, has been officially renewed.

As per The Hollywood Reporter, the second season is currently in the works. Prime Video wants to make it bigger than before, as Season 1 was loved by audiences and critics.

Sonakshi confirmed the news on Instagram, writing, “Finally!!! Can’t wait to get back in that uniform.” Gulshan also shared his excitement and joked, “Now… where did I keep that uniform?”

About Dahaad

Dahaad is a crime thriller created by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti. It follows two cops in Rajasthan (played by Sonakshi and Gulshan) as they investigate the case of 27 missing women.

The show premiered on Amazon Prime Video on May 12, 2023, and was inspired by the real-life serial killer Cyanide Mohan. Vijay Verma played the villain, and the show made history as the first Indian web series to premiere at the Berlin International Film Festival.
